Chicken and Pasta in Garlic butter sauce
Chicken with pasta and garlic butter sauce
- 2-3 chicken breasts
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/3 cup dry white cooking wine
- 2-3 cloves chopped garlic
- salt & pepper
- 3/4 lb pasta, any kind is fine
- 1 tsp oregano (optional)
For best results cook pasta, chicken and sauce separate and then add all ingredients together.
Begin by Boiling a pot of water and then adding pasta. When the pasta is done drain the water from the pasta. In a skillet pour 2oz of olive oil and heat. Then place Chicken breast in and cook until done. (you can flavor your chicken with some oregano, salt and pepper). Once chicken is cooked cut into morsels.
Garlic and Butter Sauce
Place butter in a pan on low heat to melt butter. Then add garlic and sauté until it begins to turn color (light brown). Add the lemon juice (I use about half a lemon) and white wine and allow to simmer. Add salt and pepper as you seem fit. Mix in the Chicken morsels and pasta. Stir and serve.
Serves 2-3 people. Some nice parmesan cheese sprinkled on top adds to the flavor. I hope you enjoy!
